Description

The Guyatone Exciter EX2 is an overdrive pedal whose Exciter control blends the dry signal with the overdriven signal, allowing the original guitar tone to remain present while the drive adds saturation. The Drive control sets the amount of gain, from a mild breakup to a more aggressive distortion, while the Tone control shapes the high-frequency content, making the sound brighter or darker. The pedal operates with a standard 9V DC power supply and features a true bypass footswitch, ensuring the signal remains uncolored when the effect is disengaged.
