Colorsound Overdriver

Description

The Colorsound Overdriver is a compact pedal that uses a germanium transistor circuit to produce a warm, natural overdrive. Its single Volume control sets the overall output level, while the Drive control adjusts the amount of gain and distortion. As the Drive is increased, the pedal adds harmonic saturation and compression, with the tone becoming progressively more aggressive. The pedal is true bypass, ensuring that when it is switched off, the guitar signal passes through unaffected. It operates on a standard 9V battery or an optional DC power supply, and features a simple two-knob layout for easy adjustment.
