Description

The Boss Spectrum SP-1 is a pedal effect designed to alter the harmonic content of an instrument's signal. It features a Mode selector with settings for different spectral processing types, including a mode that adds upper harmonics for a brighter, more present tone and another that emphasizes lower harmonics for added depth. The Depth control adjusts the intensity of the harmonic effect, blending the processed signal with the dry input. A Tone knob shapes the overall brightness of the output, allowing for further filtering of the effected sound. The pedal operates in mono with standard 1/4-inch input and output jacks and is powered by a 9-volt battery or an optional AC adapter.
