Description

The Aria MP-5 Metal Pedal is a distortion unit whose gain structure is voiced for high-gain metal tones. Its controls include a Drive knob that sets the amount of distortion, a Tone control that shapes the high-frequency content, and a Level knob that adjusts the output volume. The pedal's distortion adds sustained, saturated harmonics to the input signal, with the Tone control allowing the user to brighten or darken the overall sound.
