Description

The Aria AWH-1 Auto Wah is a pedal that creates a wah effect without a treadle, using an internal envelope follower to sweep the filter. Its sensitivity control determines how strongly the input signal's volume triggers the filter sweep, so harder picking produces a more pronounced wah cycle. The resonance control adjusts the filter's peak, making the sweep more or less pronounced and vocal-like. The pedal automatically returns the filter to its base position after the note decays, creating a rhythmic, repeating wah pattern that follows playing dynamics. It operates with a standard 9V power connection and features a bypass switch to engage or disengage the effect.
