Description

The Ace Tone Stereo Phasor is a phaser pedal that creates a sweeping, filter-like effect by shifting the phase of the audio signal and mixing it back with the dry signal. Its stereo outputs allow the effect to be heard in a wide spatial field, with the phase-shifted signal moving between the left and right channels. The pedal includes a rate control that adjusts the speed of the sweeping modulation, and a depth control that sets the intensity of the phase shift, from a subtle shimmer to a pronounced, watery swirl. A feedback or resonance control, if present, would emphasize the peaks and troughs of the frequency sweep, making the effect more pronounced. The pedal is designed for use with electric instruments and can be powered by a standard 9V DC adapter or battery. Its compact, durable enclosure is suited for pedalboards, and the stereo outputs can also be used in mono by using only one output, which sums the effect to a single channel.
