Description

The Ross Distortion gives you true vinatge distortion sound. It can really produce some high gain raw distortion when cranked. Extremely easy to operate, it has two knobs to control the level and the distortion. Powered by a 9-volt battery or a power adapter with a 1/8 inch (3.5 mm) plug with positive tip (like older DOD pedals).

This particular Ross Distortion has been modified a bit from the original. It has a new 3PDT switch to allow true bypass with an LED indicator. A blue LED has been added to let you know when the pedal is engaged -- though the pedal gives you some sought after distortion sounds, lack of an LED is a common complaint with the original version. Also, the screws on the bottom are not the original with the built-in rubber feet. It has the RC4558P chip and the pots are dated 1980. Made in Chanute, Kansas, USA. Overall, the pedal is in great condition -- especially for it's age. It has some dings and scratches. Does not include box or manual. Pedal only.
