Folktek Subharmonic Field

The Subharmonic Field is an interesting synth art piece created by Arius Blaze. This sound the piece generates sound with an emphasis on drone and noise. The touch points control filtering, resonance, distortion, bass boosting, noise and rhythmic alterations including some variations that play chaotic melody - abundant variations depending on which points are being touched together and how hard or soft. It comes down to massaging the boards and creating dronescapes. After one has a feel for the various points, the most subtle movement will effect the waves. In addition there is a natural decay associated with the primary waveform. In terms of noise this piece is capable of being extrordinarily destructive, though this function is optional. The box was handcrafted with fine hardwood and the panel is etched. It has a 1/4 inch output, the lamp glows white and includes controls for pitch and volume.

The Audible Disease Synth Bomb SB-1 is a simple yet fun to use hand-held monophonic synthesizer that produces an almost boundless array of sounds! Just plug it in and you're ready to start making some severe noise. The SB-1 incorporates four square-wave oscillators running in parallel. The frequency of each oscillator can be controlled by how much light is hitting each of the four photo-eyes... the more light that hits the photo-eye the higher the frequency of that oscillator. The Audible Disease Convulsion CN-2 is a vicious high-gain distortion unit that pushes your sound into the realm of complete insanity. With a twist of the NOISE knob, you can blend pure white noise with your input signal for extra psychotic enjoyment. If that isn't enough craziness for you, this monster also has the ability to decimate the sound even further with the SPIT knob. By tweaking this knob, your sound will start to cough, spit and sputter on the verge of auditory death. The COUGH knob rips up the sound even more by oscillating the signal. When a low-level signal is fed into the CN-2, the thing can self- produce bubbling regurgitations on it's own -- plus you can blend in the white noise to make a crazed white noise generator! The Thirty-Three TT-1 from Audible Disease is a tribute to the famous Buzz Box. It gives you two octaves down plus ample distortion. This thing can really cough, spit, rip and howl at various settings. A must for any noisehead!! The HVY knob controls the amount of octave. Turning this knob all the way up saturates the processed sound with glitchy deep almost synth-like tones. The BZZ knob controls the amount of distortion. The SW knob lets you dial in a suitable amount of treble. The THR knob controls the volume of the pedal. The Dementia DM-1 from Audible Disease is a super mega noise synth designed to inject a new chaotic sound palate into your setup. This thing is just non-stop noise! It starts with a glitchy two-oscillator synth signal. The gain of the synth signal can be adjusted then further processed through another adjustable oscillation filter. After that, a set amount of white noise can be introduced into the signal. Just to add to the fun, another control allows you to starve a bit of power to some of the circuit creating sputtering, coughing dying sounds. The insanity that can be heard from the Audible Disease Rupture RP-1 is just a twist of a knob away. The Rupture creates a feedback loop that takes just about any signal-processing device and spews forth demented sonic violence. Plug in a pitch shifter and create bizarre vortex of sound, which sometimes just disintegrates into screeching feedback. Phasers, Chorus, Filters and Flangers all sound like a mad, dilapidated machine going out of control. Hook up a distortion pedal and discharge an array of effects, from synth-like textures, to unsystematic octave jumps, to weird drum-loop like patterns. Experiment with anything and everything to get the most peculiar sounds you've ever heard! Be warned though, the Rupture does create exceedingly loud sounds. Caution must be used at extreme volumes. Each one is hand made with high quaility parts.

The madness continues with the Audible Disease Rupture RP-2. The Rupture creates a feedback loop that takes almost any signal-processing device and churns out frenzied sonic cruelty. You can control the amount of feedback in one of two ways. A built in photo eye shifts your sound into audio hell based on the amount of light the eye sees. Flick the switch and you can manipulate the amount of feedback with a twist of the knob. Put a delay pedal in the loop and concoct a demented swelling wall of noise. Filters, Chorus, Phasers, and Flangers sound like a bus wreck times infinity. A distortion pedal in the loop creates sick screeching sounds you can use to breed audio anguish. Experiment with anything and everything to get the most psychotic sounds you have ever heard! Be warned though, The Rupture can create exceedingly loud sounds. The Boss Foot Switch FS-5U is a rugged momentary (non-latching) type footswitch. Connect it to any other device to engage a function while you hold down the switch. The FatMan's controls are intuitive and effective in sculpting incredible filter sounds. Also has a CV Input which allows you to use a standard expression pedal (stereo plug) to control the filter position, or blend it with the envelope and LFO. It provides power to the expression pedal. This can also be used with 0-5 volt CV sources. For +-2.5 volt (MoogerFooger and modular gear) CV, a special adapter is required to convert the voltage levels, available separately.

WMD Geiger Counter Civilian Issue

The WMD Geiger Counter Civilian Issue is 32 killer sounds from the original Geiger Counter. A majority of the controls have been stripped off for those players who want to dial in a tone quickly and save pedalboard space. Twisting the FUNCTION knob will cause the number on the display to change. It goes 0 to 9 and A to F. This selects the 16 presets inside the GCCI. Push the knob in to activate the Low Fidelity mode for each preset. Low Fidelity mode is indicated by the decimal point on the display. Each function recalls parameters from the original Geiger Counter including the Bit Depth, Sample Rate and the Wave Table. As your guitar string swings up and down, the wave table is played left to right from the center. The output is what's vertically on the graph. The more movement in the Function, the more harmonic content you'll get out.

WMD Arcane Preamp

The WMD Arcane Preamp is a two channel fuzz and boost true bypass pedal. The first channel is a medium gain boost that adds a little bit of sparkle and breaks up into a soft overdrive when hit hard. The right footswitch activates the high gain fuzz channel which is fed by the boost and can provide hot lead tones or maximally crunched fuzz. A three band tone stack allows you to sculpt the fuzz tone into just what you want.

The Audible Disease Infection IN-2 is a maniacal dual oscillator noise synthesizer that is joystick controlled. Each of the two oscillators produces a buzzy square wave sound. The X-axis of the joystick controls the frequency of the first oscillator and the Y-axis controls the frequency of the other. This demented device can generate sounds all the way from relentless screeching highs down to severe rumbling lows. Extreme cacophony ensues when the frequency of the two oscillators are slightly out of phase with each other. The intensity knob controls the vigor and color of the final sound.
