The FATDRIVE runs the tube at high volatge, giving you natural and very musical compression that is complex and very rich in tone. The tube in the FATDRIVE is interchangable from 12AX7, 12AY7, 12AT7, 12AU7, 7025, 5751, ect.... to give you the amount of compression you want.
