Description

The Rocktron Rampage is a distortion pedal whose gain structure is shaped by a three-band EQ, allowing the distortion character to be tailored from bass-heavy and thick to treble-piercing and cutting. Its distortion control sets the overall amount of saturation, from a mild crunch to a high-gain roar, while the level control adjusts the output volume to match or boost the amp's clean channel. The pedal's circuitry is designed to preserve note clarity even at high gain settings, making it suitable for riffing and lead playing. It operates with a standard 9V DC power supply and features a true bypass switch to keep the guitar's signal uncolored when the effect is disengaged.
