Description
The modified Casio SK-5 features 13 Super Stable Bends including 9 Voice Modifying Switches, Drum Overload Knob, Drum Kill Switch, 2 way Polyphony Switch, and Reset Switch. This unit also has Sampling Capability and 7 Demo Sequences as a basis for Aleatoric Phrases. The modified Casio SK-5 is similar to the Casio SK-1 Aleatron made famous by Reed Ghazala. The new circuit bending controls introduce distortions, loops and resequenced waveforms. The sound samples below are just a few examples of the wide range of unique sounds this instrument has to offer. This circuit bent instrument is an excellent sample source, live instrument and endless source of inspiration for experimental and/or electronic music composition.
