How do I place an order?
The fastest and most effective way to place an order is to add the item to the online shopping cart wherever you see the "Add to Cart" button. The items you select will be added to your cart. You may then securely provide your shipping and payment information and you're done!
We also accept PayPal as a payment option. From the cart page, just click on the link or the PayPal logo. After you enter your shipping information, you will then be redirected to the PayPal Web site for final payment processing.
You can also place a phone order via our toll-free order line. Just give us a call at 1-888-99- NOISE (66473) from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST, Monday through Saturday. If you are calling from outside the United States, you may dial 1-916-455-5717 to place an order.
To fax or mail in an order either by credit card, check or money order, please send us the information found on the printable order form. The fax number is toll free for customers in the U.S.!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), PayPal, Checks, Money Orders and MoneyGram International. Do not send cash through the mail. We cannot be responsible for cash lost or stolen. Checks or money orders can be made payable to:

Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! There are a few restricted countries that NoiseFX does not ship to but we have fulfilled hundreds of orders to over 30 different countries since the inception of NoiseFX in mid-2004. All international orders will be sent insured. Customs forms will state the full amount of the items ordered. International customers will be responsible for any customs related taxes and charges imposed by your country's customs authority.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of California. The present tax rate charged for orders shipped within California is 7.75%.

The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority.
NoiseFX.com encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
NoiseFX does not store your credit card information on our servers. Once your order has been processed, the information is gone forever. A lot of sites decide to keep your credit card information on file for easy shopping next time you visit their site. We have opted to err on the side of safety at the (minuscule) inconvenience of having to enter your credit card information every time you make a purchase from our site.
