What is your return policy?
NoiseFX has a very liberal return policy and we want
you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any
product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, a store credit,
or exchange for another product within a reasonable amount of time from the shipping
date (around 30 days). If your purchase was eligible for free shipping, the shipping
cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. The items being returned must
show no signs of wear or use and be in the complete and original packaging with
all originally included items (manuals, warranty cards, power adapters, etc.).
Some personal items like headphones are not returnable.
How do I make a return?
If you wish to return an item, please contact us.
Normally a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is not necessary but
we do require you to include the original order number as well as your current
payment information (especially your mailing address) if you are requesting a
